(February 23, 2010) It has been suggested by scientists that Sperm Whales may team up and hunt together.

A US research team have used hi-tech tags to track the remarkable hunting behaviour of the giant, deep-diving mammals. The tracking showed how the whales travelled together in groups but when they were hunting each whale varied it role within the group.
