Symptoms
A Sitfast is a core of dead skin in the saddle region. It is usually circular and about 1 cm in diameter.
Causes
A Sitfast forms as the result of saddle pressure.
Treatment
A Sitfast can sometimes be removed by poulticing but surgical removal may be necessary.
