Dengie Medi-Bed is a precision chopped, dust extracted wheat straw bedding.
Up to date extraction techniques and regular batch testing, ensure that dust levels are kept to a minimum. It is treated with an effective disinfectant, which is harmless to horses, to inhibit the growth of moulds, bacteria, viruses and fungi. Dengie Medi-Bed is treated with a non-toxic, bitter tasting additive to discourage your horse or pony from eating it.
It is packed in 25 kg bales and approximately 4 - 6 bales, depending on the size of the stable, will be needed to start a bed. Usually 1 - 2 bales per week are needed to maintain the bed. |
