Convalescent Diet

Convalescent Diet

Convalescent Diet has been formulated to meet the specific nutritional requirements of horses and ponies during long periods of box rest.

It is high in good quality protein to aid in the body's natural repair process. The product has been designed to promote an even temperament during recovery and this is achieved by minimizing starch levels and excluding oats which are combined with the addition of magnesium.

It contains biotin, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and zinc to promote good coat, skin and hoof condition and if fed at recommended levels, Convalescent Diet provides the correct vitamin and mineral levels during recuperation.
